- Payment schedules vary by service:
- Surveys & Testing: 50% advance, 50% on delivery of reports
- DPR & BOQ Services: 30% advance, 40% on draft delivery, 30% on final approval
- Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Our site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamthe PMC and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—whether foreseeable or not—arising from your use of the site or services.
